With the problem in Alicante about the lack of green zones and with a huge void that divides the city centre , this urban park allows to connect two districts historically divided by the train tracks. At the same time it endows to the city activity and services organized in a pleasant way and with a big presence of vegetation, which will revitalize the centre of Alicante taking advantage of his resources.

Ante la problemática en Alicante de carencia de zonas verdes y con un gran vacío urbano que divide el centro de la ciudad, el parque urbano permite conectar dos barrios históricamente divididos por las vías del tren. Al mismo tiempo dota a la ciudad de actividad y servicios dispuestos de forma amable y con gran presencia de vegetación, lo cual revitaliza el centro de Alicante aprovechando todos sus recursos.
