The hamlet of Meliana, Roca, is doubly divided. The urban redevelopment will take profit from the old train tracks as a green way that links to Valencia and give in his path services which revitalize the town. This urban planning allows an intergenerational use of the orchard and gives news options of communication and living for his population.

La pedanía de Meliana, Roca, se encuentra doblemente dividida. La reordenación urbanística permite aprovechar las antiguas vías del tren como un corredor verde que conecta con Valencia y dotar a su paso de servicios que revitalizan la localidad. Esta reorganización permite un uso de la huerta intergeneracional y aportando nuevas opciones de comunicación y vivienda a sus habitantes.
