Restoration of a building to convert it in a hostel with an independent café. It is taken advantage of the current structure and the enclosure, to create new lodgings in an area with a huge tourism potential in the city. The café-bar, allows the alternate use with the hostel, and all the building is adapted to enforce the current rules.

Rehabilitación de un edificio para convertirlo en un hostal con cafetería independiente. Se aprovecha la estructura actual y los cerramientos, para crear nuevos alojamientos en una zona con gran potencial turístico en la ciudad. El bar-cafetería, permite un uso alternado con el hostal y se adapta todo el conjunto para cumplir la normativa actual.
